Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position requires working 3 days a week from 12n to 5pm, with excellent pay and benefits as highlighted by the agency.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients' homes, assist with activities of daily living, and ensure accurate documentation and EVV entry while upholding patient confidentiality and the plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home care settings.
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to the supervising RN or manager.
• Maintain accurate records and EVV time sheets per Plan of Care.
