Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral or one business day.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physician.
• Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants in direct patient care.
• Record evaluations, treatment notes, and progress per policy.
• Participate in discharge planning and caregiver training.
