Responsibilities

• Design and implement speech-language therapy programs for patients with cognitive, communication, and swallowing issues.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness in patients' communication.
• Develop and revise treatment plans with the healthcare team.
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based research in speech-language pathology.
