Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology with licensure.
• Preferred Master's or Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Proficient computer skills for patient records and billing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of referral and document delays.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans with physicians.
• Treat patients per plan and supervise SLPA in care.
• Participate in care conferences and in-service trainings.
• Instruct families and nursing staff for discharge planning.
