Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis in Novi, Michigan. The role involves providing therapy and screenings to residents across the continuum of care, with on-site access to facilities.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience with older adults and possess a current CPR certification along with an active state license where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in occupational therapy assistant where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
