Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist on a PRN basis. You will support residents with speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapies across the community continuum of care, providing personalized care on campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience with older adults in related therapies.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in the applicable therapy field.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs throughout care.
