Job summary

Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to support residents with therapy, screenings, and training across the continuum of care. This role offers flexible 1-2 days per week availability in a campus-based community.

The ideal candidate maintains current state licensure, CPR certification, and a passion for enhancing residents' communication, swallowing, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy across the community care continuum.
• Follow Federal, State, and payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies.
• Offer holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on resident strengths and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to meet resident needs.
