Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist on a PRN basis, ideally available 1-2 days per week, to support residents on campus in Novi, Michigan.

You will provide screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the continuum of care, adhering to ASHA and company policies while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing speech-language pathology services to older adults.
• Current CPR certification.
• State license in Occupational Therapy Assistant where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings and treatments.
• Follow ASHA guidelines and company policies for documentation and billing.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
