Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults in related therapies preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology screenings, evaluations, treatments and trainings across the community.
• Follow ASHA guidelines, payer rules and company policies; ensure documentation and billing compliance.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and clinical needs through a holistic approach.
• Develop and implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs throughout care.

Education
