Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to support residents on a 1-2 day weekly basis on site in Novi, Michigan. The role focuses on screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the continuum of care to meet each resident’s communication and swallowing needs.

The ideal candidate holds a valid state license where services are provided and has CPR certification.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults in related therapies.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current valid state license (for the state where services are provided).

Responsabilidades

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Adhere to Federal, State, Payer guidelines, ASHA requirements and company policies; ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, customer service.
• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines to promote comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
