Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis, ideally available 1-2 days weekly to support residents across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings for speech, language, swallowing, cognition or voice, following ASHA guidelines and company policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs and ensure holistic care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy Assistant, where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide speech, language, swallowing, cognition, or voice therapy screenings, evaluations, treatments, and trainings across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Federal, State, payer guidelines, ASHA requirements, and company policies and procedures; ensure compliance in care provision, documentation, billing, resident rights, customer service.
