Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking a Part-Time Spa Concierge and Female Spa Attendant to assist guests from arrival through departure, while maintaining cleanliness and serenity in the spa and women’s locker room. You will help with reservations, registrations, payments, and product recommendations, ensuring a calm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Female colleague required due to duties in women’s locker room and privacy-sensitive areas.
• Willingness to satisfy guests in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and a calm, welcoming demeanor.
• Previous spa, hotel, hospitality, concierge, or guest service experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness and eagerness to learn about spa services and products.
• Ability to handle reservations, payment systems, and guest requests accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa reservations, including packages, appointments, and treatments.
• Welcome guests and efficiently handle registration, check-in, and check-out.
• Provide knowledgeable information about spa services, treatments, amenities, and retail products.
• Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs and preferences.
• Accurately process payments, charges, and billing inquiries.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for guests throughout their spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the women's locker room and related areas.
• Distribute and replenish towels, robes, linens, toiletries, and other spa amenities.
• Clean and sanitize lockers, treatment rooms, and guest-use spaces.
• Monitor guest areas and promptly address service, cleanliness, or maintenance needs.
• Uphold all spa policies, sanitation procedures, and safety guidelines.
