Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests vriendelijk and professionally and support rotation within Rooms division or other departments as needed.
• Report guest complaints or problems to supervisors and follow up with guests when solutions are not immediate.
• Balance cash reports, perform opening and closing procedures, and handle rebates and vouchers with clear explanations.
• Monitor room allocations and accommodate special guest requests, maintaining contact with long-stay and suite guests for a pleasant stay.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and good rapport with colleagues across departments.
