Qualifications

• Previous customer service or host/greeter experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists using the seating system
• Communicate accurate wait times and accommodate guest preferences when possible
• Escort guests to tables and present menus
• Answer guest inquiries about the menu, restaurant, and property offerings
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
• Collaborate with servers, bussers, and managers to ensure seamless service
