Woodhouse Day Spa in Alpharetta is hiring Part Time Spa Coordinators to join our team. You are the first and last impression for guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience while assisting the spa team.

Primary duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and guiding guests through the Woodhouse experience. Experience in scheduling software and a warm, service‑oriented demeanor are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Able to schedule appointments and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists and guests.
• Ensure every guest has a friendly, inviting experience.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and collect payment.
• Promote products and schedule next appointment during checkout.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience and amenities.
• Drive service and retail sales by recommending products.
• Remember guest preferences and personal details to tailor service.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
