Woodhouse Day Spa in Buckhead, Atlanta, is seeking a Front Desk Concierge Manager to lead the hospitality team and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee front desk operations, retail activities, and staffing, ensuring a premium guest experience.

You will collaborate with the Spa Manager to deliver VIP experiences, manage inventory, and promote the Woodhouse brand through active engagement and event support. Strong leadership and a passion for service are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of excellent customer service.
• Retail management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Efficient, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient with computers and office equipment.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivating.
• Creative in marketing, promotion, and programming.
• Spa experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a staff of 6–7 hospitality personnel.
• Utilize Meevo system for appointments, follow-ups, and technician scheduling.
• Handle customer interactions via phone and in-person bookings.
• Maintain a seamless customer journey from start to finish.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in meeting weekly/monthly retail goals through staff motivation.
• Collaborate with Spa Manager to provide VIP experiences and events.
• Manage retail inventory and presentation; open or close operations as needed.
• Support marketing and brand awareness.
