Woodhouse Day Spa in Alpharetta is hiring Part Time Spa Coordinators to join our team. You are the first and last impression for guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience while assisting the spa team.

Primary duties include answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and guiding guests through the Woodhouse experience. Experience in scheduling software and a warm, service‑oriented demeanor are highly valued.

We are hiring Part Time Spa Coordinators to join our team!

We are looking for team members who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driven by intention and guided by excellence. At The Woodhouse Day Spa, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience.

As a Spa Coordinator, you are the first and last impression for each guest that enters and exits the spa, so you are a critical team-player in delivering service beyond expectations!

Primary Responsibilities Include

• Serves as primary support for the spa’s manager, therapists and guests
• Ensures that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience
• Have a welcoming and warm personality, outgoing, never met a stranger
• Answers incoming calls, listens to our guests’ needs to schedule appointments or give service recommendations, and collects payment for services
• Partners with the therapists to increase their guest retention and retail sales by scheduling the guest’s next appointment during checkout and promotes the recommended products
• Educates guests on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Drives service and retail sales/awareness by educating guests on products, services and treatments
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries and can pamper our guests
• Have strong computer skills and prefer previous experience with scheduling software
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be willing to work shifts Monday through Sunday and able to be flexible with your schedule. Spa hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 7pm and Sunday 12pm - 6pm.
