Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Own and operate a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
