Mondelēz International in Decatur, GA is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You9ll work with store teams and your RTM to ensure brands shine at shelf and in promotions.

The role offers a flexible schedule, requires 18+ and a valid driver license, and includes benefits such as mileage reimbursement and the 401 plan. Previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physical activity: lifting up to 25 lbs (occasional 50 lbs).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Decatur, GA; secondary location Atlanta, GA.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondele9z in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving products.
