Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands in local stores. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more are well-displayed and shopper-ready.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
