Job summary

Mondelēz International in Covington, VA seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Oreo, Ritz, BelVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are showcased and ready to delight shoppers with a flexible, hands-on approach.

You will represent the company in-store, deliver excellent service, and follow DSD merchandising standards while maintaining strong store relationships and accurate display

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID may be required to access certain facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture display photos as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to the RTM and retail team.
