Job summary

Mondelēz International in Georgia is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands are displayed and ready to delight shoppers.

This role offers a flexible schedule, a hands-on in-store impact, and opportunities for career growth within a leading snacks company.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail teams.
Perform physical duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier movement.
