Job summary

Mondelēz International in Augusta, GA and North Augusta, SC is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will visit stores, execute merchandising plans, and ensure products are visible and well presented.

This role offers a flexible schedule, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. You should be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; ability to work independently.
• Live within 25 miles of Augusta, GA or North Augusta, SC; Tues/Wed/Thu availability.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and energy.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering great service.
• Execute store visits following DSD merchandising principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities with the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
