Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. You’ll work a flexible schedule across Augusta, GA and North Augusta, SC areas, ensuring products are well-presented and consumer-ready.

You’ll partner with your Retail Territory Manager to execute merchandising plans, rotate stock, capture display photos, and engage store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Augusta, GA; North Augusta, SC.
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles with display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves and rotate products while maintaining brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM planned schedules.
• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant in performing physical merchandising tasks.
