Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in local retailers. You will ensure our Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit brands are well‑presented and ready for shoppers with a flexible weekly schedule.

The role requires driving to multiple store locations, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, and adhering to Mondelēz merchandising standards. 18+ with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Newton, IA; secondary locations Grinnell, IA and Oskaloosa, IA.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Build/display promotional materials and ensure plan adherence with RTM.
• Communicate store insights or issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
