Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches in Augusta, GA. You’ll work with an RTM to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more are displayed and ready for shoppers.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with occasional heavier lifting). Schedule Tue/Wed/Thu with mileage reimbursement and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties such as lifting, bending, and moving products.
