Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across your assigned stores in Big Spring, TX. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are perfectly showcased and consumer-ready.

The role emphasizes in-store excellence, professional conduct, physical activity, and a flexible weekend schedule with 15‑20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and merchandising for seasonal launches.
• Represent Mondelēz professionally to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Communicate insights or opportunities to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Support promotions and high-visibility merchandising events while following schedules.
