Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Mission, TX. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for brands like Oreo and Ritz with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

Represent Mondelēz in-store with energy and professionalism, working closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. This role requires the ability to perform physical merchandizing tasks and lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs; may lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including physical handling of products.
