Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure flawless in‑store execution, maintain brand standards, and create a positive shopper experience on a flexible 15–20 hour weekly schedule. This role emphasizes reliability and strong communication with store teams.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to perform lifting/moving up to 25 lbs; occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Newton, KS).
• Schedule: Tue/Thu/Sat/Sun; start by 5 am; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Build and maintain displays; support seasonal launches.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Follow daily RTM schedules for efficient coverage.
• Support promotions and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Ensure safe, compliant execution with the retail team.
