Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are properly displayed and ready to delight shoppers.

The role offers a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week) and requires driving to multiple store locations within the Bossier City/Shreveport area.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ with a valid driver license issued by the resident state.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs when stocking and moving products.
Must have reliable personal vehicle and insurance coverage.
Live within 25 miles of Bossier City, LA (secondary: Shreveport, LA).
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; 5 am start; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
Build and maintain store relationships to support displays and promotions.
Capture display photos and execute DMI merchandising as directed.
Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
Support seasonal launches, new products, and high-visibility merchandising events.
