Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work in-store with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

You’ll follow Mondelēz merchandising principles, rotate products, capture photos, and maintain brand standards while partnering with store teams. The role requires driving your own vehicle and a commitment to safe, efficient store visits.

Qualifications

• Retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive own vehicle and travel to stores.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
