Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Beckley, WV or Summersville, WV.
• Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves and build displays.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Maintain brand standards across stores.
• Support seasonal launches and promotional displays.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce.
• Follow RTM plans and daily schedules.
• Assist with safe lifting and moving products.
• Enhance snack aisle visibility for consumers.
