Qualifications

• Retail merchandising expertise including shelf stocking and display execution

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Stock shelves and rotate products maintaining brand standards
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs
• Support seasonal product launches and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs and retail teams via Salesforce
• Stay safe and compliant while handling products throughout the day
