As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our iconic brands shine in stores. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and residence within 25

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Provide outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe while lifting and moving product in a snack-focused environment.
