Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliability, and a flexible Fri–Sun schedule.

You’ll work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready for shoppers, with mileage reimbursement and a strong emphasis on safe, efficient in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits per DSD Merchandising Principles, capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and uphold brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical tasks like lifting and moving products.
