Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across assigned stores. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are displayed and ready for shoppers, while delivering professional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations with insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
