Job summary

Mondele9z International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Newton, IA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy!, with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

Represent Mondelez in-store with energy and professionalism, working closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure our brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driverf s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondel19z in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans for compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant; handle physical tasks safely.
