Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Indianola/Osceola area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

The role emphasizes in-store execution, professionalism, and a positive, can-do attitude. Expected to work 15-20 hours per week with a start around 6 am, driving your own vehicle to multiple store locations and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff to support brand visibility.
• Support seasonal launches and promotional displays; follow RTM plans.
