Mondelez International in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are visible and ready for shoppers.

This role requires a reliable driver, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs push/pull), a flexible Fri–Sun schedule, and 20–25 hours per week. On-site work with a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs as needed.
• Live within 25 miles of Dubuque, IA; secondary location Manchester, IA.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Build and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz merchandising principles and capture display photos.
• Communicate store‑level insights or issues to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
