Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive own vehicle and have mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25 miles of Newton, IA; secondary Grinnell, IA and Oskaloosa, IA.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday; start by 6 am; 10–15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events.
