Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser in the Omaha area. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, with a flexible 20-hour schedule.

You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to delight shoppers, while following Mondelēz merchandising principles and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and energy.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles, capturing display photos as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans for visibility.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant with the physical demands of the role.
