Job summary

Mondelez International in Hays, KS, seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across assigned stores. You’ll represent the company with professionalism and work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are visible and well-stocked.

This role offers a flexible schedule (15–20 hours/week) with a start around 5 am and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lift up to 25 lbs, may exceed 50 lbs at times).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Hays, KS.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sun; 5 am start; 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
• Serve as the face of Mondelēz, delivering excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules to cover multiple stores effectively.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant while lifting and moving products.
