Mondelēz International in Mission, TX is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz and other brands. You will visit stores, follow merchandising principles, take display photos, and report insights to your RTM and team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities.
• Live within 25 miles of Mission, TX.
• Schedule: Mon, Thu, Sat, Sun; start by 5 am; 24 hours per week.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches; communicate insights via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, lifting and moving products as required.
