Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. A flexible schedule and hands-on impact await in-store.

You will represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while collaborating with RTMs to ensure our brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance and travel to multiple stores.
• Able to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTMs.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTMs and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, handling physical tasks including lifting, bending, and moving products.
