Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive to multiple store locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs, with a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Dodge City, KS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and energy.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering strong customer service.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos per DMI guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities with your RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team.
• Stay safe and comply with all safety guidelines.
