Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Newton, KS to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. The role involves in-store execution, collaboration with the RTM, and a flexible schedule with 15–20 hours per week.

You’ll travel to multiple stores within a 25-mile radius, perform merchandising tasks, and report insights via Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Newton, KS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and rotate products; maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle physical aspects of merchandising activities.
