Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 is seeking a Keyholder in Tigard, OR to join L’Oréal’s store leadership. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, while embodying the brand’s heritage in the Tigard community.

You will lead by example, drive store success, manage operations, and develop talent. A High School Diploma and U.S. work authorization are required, with prior retail/cosmetics experience preferred and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics and customer service preferred.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and deliver superior customer service.
