Job summary

L’Oréal’s Kiehl’s store in Indianapolis is seeking a Keyholder to support the Store Manager in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead by example, help manage store operations, and develop teammates with product knowledge and passion for the Kiehl’s brand.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, US work authorization, retail experience, flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; prior keyholder preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: deliver superior customer service and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.
• Drive Store Success: support sales goals and execute short- and long-term strategies.
• Manage Operations: handle store opening/closing procedures and maintain brand image.
