Job summary

L’Oréal USA’s Kiehl’s Store in Woodburn is seeking a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage store operations, train staff, and present brand standards to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.

The role requires retail/cosmetic experience, strong analytics, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail/cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills required to analyze sales and customer data.
• Basic computer skills for POS and inventory tasks.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a best in class experience to customers.
• Upholds standards of customer service excellence.
• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.
• Assist Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Perform open and close procedures for the store.
• Provide training to new store employees.
• Effectively execute visual directives, education selling tools and customer service standards.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
