Job summary

Kiehl’s Since 1851 in Brea, CA is seeking a Keyholder to join the store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, US work authorization, retail/cosmetics experience, strong communication, and flexibility for a varied schedule. Bilingual skills are a plus; lifting up to 25 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service; keyholder preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; basic computer proficiency.
• Flexible schedule including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) a plus.
